Isimo sepayipi lokulinganisa ukugeleza sizothinta kakhulu ukunemba kwesilinganiso, indawo yokufaka umtshina kufanele ikhethwe endaweni ehlangabezana nalezi zimo ezilandelayo:
1. Kumele kuqinisekiswe ukuthi ingxenye yepayipi eqondile lapho uphenyo lufakwe khona yilena: 10D ohlangothini olukhuphuka nomfula(D ububanzi bepayipi), 5D noma ngaphezulu ohlangothini olungezansi komfula, futhi akumele kube khona izici eziphazamisa uketshezi( njengamaphampu,amavalvu, ama-throttles, njll.) ku-30D ohlangothini olungenhla nomfula. Futhi zama ukugwema ukungalingani kanye nesimo sokushisela sepayipi ngaphansi kokuhlolwa.
2. Ipayipi lihlala ligcwele uketshezi, futhi uketshezi akufanele lube namabhamuza noma ezinye izinto zangaphandle. Ngamapayipi avundlile, faka umtshina ngaphakathi ±45° komugqa omaphakathi ovundlile. Zama ukukhetha indawo evundlile yomugqa omaphakathi.
