Electromagnetic flowmeters will inevitably encounter interference problems in actual use. Since we encounter such problems, we should solve the interference sources faster. Today, the flowmeter manufacturer Q&T Instrument will teach you several methods, and you can collect them if you need them.
Before that, we need to know what are the main interference. The interference signals of electromagnetic flowmeters mainly include electromagnetic interference and mechanical vibration interference. How to deal with anti-interference signals is the key issue for improving
electromagnetic flowmeters. Under normal circumstances, the electromagnetic flowmeter uses a metal casing, which has a good shielding effect and can effectively avoid electric field and radio frequency interference.
Next, let's take a look at how to effectively reduce interference?
1. When installing the grounding wire, connect the pipe flanges at both ends of the converter and the housing of the converter at the same point to reduce in-phase interference, but it cannot completely eliminate in-phase interference;
2. A differential amplifier circuit with a constant current source is usually used in the pre-amplification stage of the converter. The high common-mode rejection ratio of the differential amplifier is used to make the in-phase interference signals entering the input of the converter cancel each other and be suppressed. Good results can be achieved;
3. At the same time, in order to avoid interference signals, the signal between the converter and the converter must be transmitted by shielded wires.
